Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and has developed general practice experience in dealing with accounting finance and taxation aspects for individuals as well as businesses from start up to substantial size private companies. He also has a number of high growth businesses with International interests such that he has gained experience in dealing with the audit and taxation of sizeable groups and their respective reporting deadlines and timetables.
During his 30+ years in practice he has been involved with a number of special cases, including:
- Raising finance
- Fraud
- Company re-constructions
- Advising on buying and selling businesses
- Tax planning and routine compliance work
Within the firm Andrew is responsible for the training and recruitment of team members.
