James started with the firm in 2010 and has built up a portfolio of wide-ranging clients from small individuals and sole traders up to medium and large corporate groups.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017 and took on the role of Partner in 2021.
In his 10+ years with the firm, he has developed general practice experience in dealing with the routine accounting, finance and taxation aspects as well as a number of special cases such as company re-constructions, advising on business acquisitions and disposals, and tax planning work.
Within the firm James is also responsible for technical issues, including audit compliance, IT development and software requirements.
When not in the office, you will normally find James hiking and camping in the British National Parks, accompanied by his canine sidekick Luna.
